When can I play The Escape Hunt Experience? Located in Cleveland directly off I-480 at Miles Road and very close to I-271 and Rt 422, we are open for business every day with 7 games times a day Sunday through Thursday from 9:30am until 8:30pm and 8 games times a day Friday and Saturday from 9:30am to 10:00pm. You can play whenever we have free time slots, by booking online on this website. Please call 216-581-HUNT with any questions you may have regarding your booking.

What hours are you open? We are open from 9:30am until 8:30pm, Sunday through Thursday and 9:30am until 10:00pm Friday and Saturday. Our first adventure starts each day at 10am and the last one starts at 7pm Sunday through Thursday and 8:30pm Friday and Saturday. We close after de-briefing the last adventurers between 8:30pm and 10:00pm depending on the day of the week.

What if I arrive late? This is a LIVE adventure concept, so unfortunately if you arrive late, you may NOT be able to play and/or you may be required to play in a reduced amount of time. It’s extremely important to arrive on time, as there will be other adventurers scheduled after you as well. The best way to fully enjoy your experience is to have your entire party arrive 15 minutes before your game is scheduled to start.

Do I need to book in advance? Yes, we operate a sophisticated booking and calendar system here on our website and via Facebook. Bookings fill up quickly, so be sure to check regularly, as we open new booking periods daily. All our promotions and discounts are ONLY available online! Therefore, we highly recommend booking online to get the game time you want.

Can’t I just turn up and play with friends?

Can’t I just turn up and play with friends? There may be a limited number of game slots each day for last minute bookings and walk-ins. You will need to arrive as early as possible on the day in order to reserve for later that day, as these will be on a first-come, first-served basis. For this reason, we STRONGLY recommend booking ahead!

How do I book?  Booking is really simple.  Go to out bookings page and follow these simple steps:

1. Choose your group size. We allow from 2–6 players in our Mission X and Murder in the Old Manor House games and 5-12 players in our Meltdown in the Steel Mill game. The minimum number of players for the Mission X and Murder in the Old Manor House games is 2. The minimum number of players for the Meltdown in the Steel Mill game is 5. ALL of our games are PRIVATE for you and the other players in your party, we do not fill our rooms by grouping strangers together to play our games. More than 6 or 12 players is possible too – just book 2 or more rooms and spread your team across those rooms. You will start at the same time and play against each other head-to-head.

2. Choose your room theme. There is a description on the booking site and more information in our FAQs here on another page, but all games are great to play.

3. Choose your preferred date and time. By clicking on all of the games you get more choice of date and time. The chances are you will find a free game time in one of the rooms, so check them all one by one!

4. Choose the game and pay. You should have no problems paying either by credit card or PayPal using our online system and the payment system from PayPal, but if you have any problems please let us know. Please note that PayPal has its own rules for taking payments, which we cannot control.
